Fourth edition. 8vo. xii, 337, (1) pp. Publisher's gilt decorated and lettered dark cloth designed by Rossetti, matching gilt crests added to the boards with further badges to the spine - upper one featuring a clover and a bugle with the motto "Spero Meliora" and, to the foot, a crown surmounting a portcullis, patterned endpapers not featuring any bookplates or other indication of the name of the original owner. Some browning to the front and rear leaves, some mild bumping to the edges, else very good. Item #44540
