Oxford: Printed at the Theater, 1707. First octavo edition. Six parts bound in three volumes. Contemporary panelled calf, spines with raised bands, gilt lettered red spine labels, the armorial bookplate of a John Bloxham ("Pro Patria") dated 1810 to the front pastedown of each volume with his ownership inscription to the corresponding title pages, another inscription ("?Pat: Gordon") dated 1708 to the front free endpaper of volume I. Portrait frontispiece to part I of each volume, those to the second part of each volume sometime removed. Joints cracked but holding, the head of the spine of volume II worn. Originally published several years earlier in three folio volumes. Item #42536
