Folding colour printed map of the county, not dissected or mounted on linen, it folds between publisher's cloth boards, gilt lettered to the upper cover. The spine of the covers neatly restored with slight fading to the edges, very good overall. A separate issue that was produced for the second edition of Frederick Dixon's "The Geology and Fossils of the Tertiary and Cretaceous Formations of Sussex" of 1878. Item #37568
