Contemporary buckram, gilt lettered to the spine. Slight fading, marking and cockling to the cloth, though the binding is sound, the contents very good. The title page to each work gives the particulars of the regiment - their badge, motto, depot etc. - followed by a potted history of their campaigns and a list of the respective servicemen from their ranks who had attained Victoria or Distinguished Service Crosses or other high honours. The histories go up to the Boer War and no later date than 1902 is mentioned. Item #29078
