(ii), engraved title, vi pp. plus a leaf of description for each plate plus a sectional title for each season. Contemporary deep pink half calf over marbled boards, spine with raised bands, gilt lettered dark olive label, gilt ruled and blind decorated to the other panels, marbled endpapers, old bookseller's description tipped in on the verso of the front free endpaper. 55 fine hand coloured plates engraved by Robert Havell Junior. Slight sunning to the spine, mild semi-circular dampstain to the upper margin of about 15 plates, more evident on the accompanying tissue guard and text leaf than on the actual plate, else a lovely copy. Published in seven parts between 1829 and 1831. The letterpress title bears the earlier date and the engraved title the latter. Item #35912
