Sole edition. 8vo. viii, 103, (1) pp. Publisher's red cloth backed dark blue boards, black lettered to the upper cover which also features an illustration in yellow, bookplate of Steel Brothers & Co., 24-28 Lombard Street, London, to the front pastedown, repeated to the verso of the front free endpaper plus their stamp above and to one side of the four succeeding leaves along with the rear endpapers. Colour frontispiece map plus black and white illustrations in the text. Uneven fading to the spine, wear to the boards, else a sound and decent copy. Uncommon. The author was the first Anglican bishop of Rangoon, this being an account of his time in the country. Item #34249
