Early inscription from the author to the Irish writer Leslie Daiken on the half title and inscribed by Lee again on the front free endpaper "To Leslie Dakin [sic] & Sons with the best wishes of Laurie Lee"; the word "sons" circled and a line drawn to "& daughters" beneath. A press cutting and a notice advertising an Arts Council Poetry Recital involving the author are tipped in and a 4 page programme of Lee's recital (Autumn 1960) loosely inserted. The dust jacket slightly worn at the spine ends and corners, a little marked overall, else very good. Item #34216
